Library of books
We believe learning shouldn’t stop when the session ends. That’s why we have a carefully selected collection of books on mental health, self-improvement, and personal development. These are both prescribed by our Psychologists where applicable as well as available for borrowing to help reinforce the strategies we discuss and support your growth outside of therapy.
Therapy tools
We use a range of therapy tools to make sessions engaging and practical. From CBT & DBT therapy cards that challenge negative thoughts to mindfulness, fidget toys and grounding tools that help with relaxation, our space is equipped with resources designed to support you in every step of your journey.
Whiteboard & Visuals
Our spaces are equipped with whiteboard’s and other visual recourses, making concepts easy to understand. Whether we’re exploring thought patterns, problem-solving strategies, or goal-setting, the whiteboard and visuals helps bring ideas to life so you can see your progress clearly.
